True Treasures, Inc. will sell your merchandise at the agreed upon price fo the first thirty (30) days, except to Interior Designers or Dealers or to the public during our Monthly Inventory Reduction Sales, which will be at ten percent (10%) discount.

 

Merchandise on the premises one (1) to ninety (90) days.

True Treasures Inc 50% consignor 50%.

After thirty (30) days True Treasures Inc. has the discretion to reduce the selling price, and the consignors percentage, or you may chose to pick up your merchandise.

If the merchandise is not sold within 360 days the consignor shall have no further rights to the merchandise or any proceeds from the sale of such merchandise.

Fees for delivery of your merchandise to True Treasures Inc will be deducted from payments made to you and be shown as "adjustments" on your check. Delivery fees are charged at $65.00 per hour.

Payments of all checks for merchandise sold will be on the 30th day of the month following the month your merchandise is sold.

True Treasures Inc. reserves the right to place your merchandise at the store location of its chosing.
